How do you ensure plants survive during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to lock the pot in place and protect the foliage. Each plant is hydrated before transit and shipped via express couriers to minimize time spent in the box.
What is your 30-day happiness guarantee?
If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of arrival, we will replace it for free. Just send a photo of the plant to our support team and we will handle the rest.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes! Every Runo plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and pet-safety information.
Are your pots included with the plants?
All plants are shipped in their nursery grow pots. However, you can choose to add one of our signature ceramic or terracotta planters to your order, and we will pre-pot the plant for you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and leaves our greenhouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor its journey in real-time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure that our plants spend the shortest time possible in transit and arrive in peak condition.
