Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Email our plant care team at support@runoplants.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- 2.Submit Photos
For live plants, please attach clear photos of the foliage and soil so our horticulturists can assess the health of the plant and provide the best solution.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
For non-living items like pots and tools, place them back in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during the return transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your request is approved, we will issue a prepaid shipping label or immediately process a replacement shipment to be delivered to your doorstep.
